The hotel is located only 3 km away from the town of Tryavna on the way to Gabrovo. Tryavna is situated in central Bulgaria, in the north slopes of the Balkan range, on the Tryavna river valley, near Gabrovo . The town is well connected with the whole country thanks to its excellent road network and railway station. Voneshta voda village resort, famous with its healing mineral springs is only 12 miles away. Gabrovo is situated at the foot of the central Balkan Mountains, in the valley of the Yantra River, and is known as an international capital of humour and satire, as well as noted for its Bulgarian National Revival architecture. Gabrovo is also known as the longest town in Bulgaria, stretching over 25 km along the Yantra, yet reaching only 1 km in width at places.

The hotel consists of parking for seven cars and big green garden. The hotel has a capacity for up to 10 – 12 guests. The first floor of the house is an operating tavern (with galley) and a toilet; the second has 2 apartments and a double room, all with bathrooms and toilets. The property was completely renovated in 2003. The tavern has 12-14 seats indoors; outside there are two levels – on the first there is a bar counter and 20 seats and the lower – additional 10 seats. The hotel and the tavern are operating and according to the European standards. The road to the property is asphalt in very good condition; it is on the main road from Tryavna to Gabrovo and the ski resort! An excellent investment!
